Entering the world of Dota @ Dota2 : Part 2

Entering the world of Dota @ Dota2 : Part 2

Welcome back and this is part two of welcome to the world of dota2 so enjoy and give me feedbacks and comments if necessary. You can ask questions both in Thai or English I can answer back in both languages.
Creeps are stupid little auto attackers, spawning at the 0.00 mark of the game, they respawn every 30 seconds. Their purpose? Attack anything that moves. Heroes get gold by landing the last hits on these so called creeps. The creeps are separated into three different types. The lane creeps, neutral creeps, and Roshan.

The lane creeps are also divided into three different types, melee creeps, range creeps, and siege creeps. A wave of creeps consist of 3 melee and 1 range creep. Every 7th wave of the game a siege creep will respawn. These creeps gives more experience and gold and have more damage. There just vehicles that throw heavy range objects basically. Overtime more and more creeps will begin to respawn with these creeps. (17:30, 34:00, 50:30) An extra melee creep will respawn, at 45:30 an extra range creep will be added. At 48:30 a siege creep is added to every 7th wave. Creeps get stronger and stronger every 7:30 minutes into the game. When a barrack is destroyed the creeps in that lane also gets stronger. However when the barracks in all three lanes are destroyed the creeps turn into mega creeps which is very powerful. Most heroes cannot fend off these mega creeps and will have to retreat back to their fountain.

Neutral creeps are creeps that spawn in the jungle they respawn every 1 minute. But they live in areas in the jungle called camps. And would not respawn if the area can be seen, or if there are already creeps in those camps. However these creeps can be stacked. A hero can draw the agro of these creeps by movie close to them then running away. Drawing agro of the creeps from the X: 52 mark will make sure that the creeps will be stacked. You can stack up to say 5 stacks before it become too hard to stack because the creeps will run into each other making them harder to leave the camp. Stacking ancients (neutral creeps who are close to the secret shop) can be beneficial for some heroes who can take them our fast once they have some levels or items. The neutral creeps are divided into 5 camps. Small camps, medium camps, big camps, ancient camps, and Roshan. An average small camps yields 81 gold and 133 experience. An average Medium Creep camp yields 92 gold and 202 experience. An average Large Creep camp yields 124 gold and 220 experience. An average Ancient camp yields 264 gold and 355 experience. Roshan yields an average of 352 gold. Small creeps are fairly easy creeps with not many skills. Medium camps are harder but still they don’t do much damage and are fairly easy for jungling heroes. Big camps can be deadly for jungling heroes if they do not prepare before fighting these camps. Ancient creeps are magic immune creeps with very heavy damage. They will destroy low level jungling heroes however there are some tricks to solo them with the right hero and right items.

The last camp is the Roshan camp which is near the middle of the map. A single creature lies dormant in this camp. Roshan is very strong and should not be soloed unless given the right heroes and items. Roshan also drops the aegis of immortal when it dies. Heroes holding the aegis will revive right where they die in a few seconds. Killing Roshan three times in a row will yield a cheese which replenishes a hero’s hp and mana by large margin. That ends my blog about creeps stay tune for the next blog where will be talking about items & gold.
